Who is responsible
Adam Amiri is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. For any question about your personal data, contact kontakt@adamamiri.com.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, event type, date, location, approximate number of guests, what you are looking for and your message.
Why it is used
The information is used only to read and respond to your booking or enquiry request. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible agreement, and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
How it is handled
Your enquiry is sent as an email to kontakt@adamamiri.com. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so Adam can answer you directly. The website does not store the content of your enquiry in a database.
To prevent spam and abuse, the website keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address together with the time of submission. It cannot be used to read your enquiry. An automatic hourly cleanup deletes it once it is older than 24 hours, so it is kept for no more than about 25 hours.
Language preference
If you choose a language or dismiss the language suggestion, that preference is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us and can be cleared in your browser settings.
Service providers
The website, the form processing and the email delivery are provided by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated AB, Stockholm, Sweden) and its infrastructure partners. The enquiry email is then received in the mailbox for kontakt@adamamiri.com, hosted by One.com.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept in the inbox for 12 months after the last contact with you. They may be kept longer only if there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example to handle an ongoing booking or a legal requirement. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted. Spam-protection data is deleted automatically within about an hour of turning 24 hours old.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to kontakt@adamamiri.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
